Today Linnea went to her first rugby practice with the U12 girls team. It's made up of a rather big group of girls, and a lot of them in the same age and/or size as Linnea. I'm sure that within a couple of practices she will be besties with all of them!
She did really well, she is very sporty - and even though she wasn't completely convinced herself, I managed to talk her into signing up! (I'm sure it was just because she wants the kit...)
Exercise is always good, in any form, and the weekly rugby practice contains a lot of general fitness as well as technical drills and mock games. We think that rather than just sitting there watching Lucas week after week, she can just as well participate too.
