Mormor and Morfar had sent a Christmas box down in December, with a few gifts, candy and other Christmas things. But they had some more with them now, and we had some for them too.
So today we celebrated Christmas a little bit, I had even saved the last lussebullar (=saffron buns) to be enjoyed for this occasion!
The kids also got to open some smällkarameller (=Christmas tree decorations that hides edible treats), even though it's been a few weeks already since we "threw out" the Christmas tree! The tradition in Sweden is to do it on 'Tjugondag Knut', which was this week.
