It's a bit of a drive to get there, even though the distance is not very far, but the road winds itself up and down some pretty steep mountains, so it takes a wee while. At least the views along the way are breathtaking, so it's a really enjoyable drive.
We went in the late afternoon, so there wasn't a huge amount of people there. More than I ever remembered of course, but that's what 20 years does with popular spots I guess.
