Second day was also on and off sunshine, so we dared it and went to walk about Söder. It was time for the yearly soft ice (I rarely have more than one), and Erika recommended we try the famous one from Pärlans Konfektyr.
A luxury soft ice with both drizzle and topping, and - it was ok, I guess. I personally didn't think it lived up to its hype. It had a strange consistence for me, it felt like eating a cold kind of mousse, more than soft ice.
