Mini-vacation in the holiday - Sikhall

Trollhättan is actually not that far away, but to save time - and to get some more time together - we decided to stay over in the area and had found a really cheap alternative at a camping just outside Vänersborg, by the lake Vänern.

We had booked a cabin for each family, and they were rather cosy. It was perfect for us, as we could sit outside all night and talk, and the kids could run around and play. Much better than any hotel.

It was a small camping, and it was way too cold to go swimming, but it was really pretty down by the lake. At least there was a playground for the kids to enjoy for a bit.

Carin and I enjoyed had fun with wine, snacks and a new board game she had bought 'När då då?', while the kids played cards. A cosy summer evening.
