I was a little bit apprehensive about my trip to Sweden this time (too...), as I was on stand by tickets and our staff stavel system has changed so now we can not see the actual loads more than three days in advance of the flight.
Luckily it looked good, and I did have good travel mojo both on the way there and back again, I got my good seat up the front both ways eventually.

I spent a day with Pia in passing (in case I would've missed my first option, I could've taken the flight the next day), and even Lucas came over for some Adventsmys with us.
The only hitch was "something on the tracks" on the last train going up to Skara, so we got a couple of ours delayed out of Göteborg. I had no connection to catch so it was just a question of waiting it out - and made it in the end.
No winter wonderland this year. Mostly just dark, cold and grey.
