So, the Aya Universe in Dubai is definitely a content creators paradise, ha ha, amazing for photos and maybe above all videos. Photos don't really do this place justice enough.
It's an immersive experience spread out over 12 different rooms, with different themes. There is music, high-tech projections, lighting, water and mirrors to create all of these unique experiences. Aya presents it like they are taking the visitors on an interdimensional journey, hence the name 'Universe'.
This Luna room was one of my favourites!

This Luna room was one of my favourites!
Some rooms were like something out of a fairytale, or an amusement park mirror hall:
Some rooms made you feel rather trippy, like this one, Tides:
Inside the Flora room there was lit up artificial grass and vines hanging from above, we felt like we were in the middle of Avatar. Although the host told us "You will see nature like you have never seen it before" - we walked in and immediately said "Kazakhstan pavilion!", as it was exactly like that!
This is the Harmonia room, where the music was blasting loud, a lot of colourful strobe light was happening and there was mirrors all around:
One room involved a reverse waterfall (impossible to catch on a photo), another had a floor designed for you to lie on to give the illusion that you were floating in space. Here I am inside The Source, one of the rooms where motion sensors would be involved too. Crazy stuff!
This felt quite futuristic at the same time as it felt like yes, we had already seen this before at the Expo2020. I would say this gives you a really exciting sensory experience though, which I liked. Happy to have visited, but it's certainly a one-time thing for me.
