Due to a recent change in our weekly schedule, our Wednesday afternoons have suddenly opened up. This gave Lucas the opportunity to try out a new CrossFit program, aimed at children his age and older, that started this week. As it's a new program, he ended up being the only one there.
He didn't mind being on his own at all. He got some nice one-on-one training done down at the waterfront, together with the coach!
Both the kids did CrossFit a little bit back in Brunei, so the movements seemed to be familiar to him. He's really into his rugby and he knows these kind of workouts will help make him stronger and faster - plus, it's fun! I hope more kids will join so that they get a good group going.
