It's really exciting to be at work at the moment, there are a lot of things going on. Last week there was a special performance of 'Live Art' in conjunction with the latest Impressionist exhibition. Two days in a row, we had pretty ballerinas coming to the museum to perform, to live piano music by French pianist David Kadouch.
It was really beautiful, what a setting!
After the performance I had the pleasure of getting to deliver a tour of the exhibition to the ballerinas and their families. Of course we had to have an extra good look at the Degas painting, which was the inspiration of their performance.
