I didn't have to worry too much about the warm spell we had a few weeks ago, as expected it was just a sudden heat wave. We are back to normal February-March weather - RAIN and all. Lovely! Although it's probably just us living here who actually enjoy the rain.
I do feel a bit sorry for the tourists that come down for a week of sun and swim as there is not much beach weather going on at the moment.
I do the City Tour for Apollo twice a week, and the last few weeks we have experienced all kinds of weather during the tour: rain under the dome at the Louvre Abu Dhabi, fog thick as milk around the windows at Etihad Towers, heavy winds and cold temperatures while visiting the Mosque etc...
Today the sun is out though, and hopefully the rain will not be too recurring the next few weeks as we have visitors coming again, finally. They are no beach bums and some rain is always refreshing, just not too much please..!
