I have written many times before about what we eat for Fat Tuesday (Fettisdagen/Shrove Tuesday) in Sweden, for example here, here or here, so I'll just post these photos of this years celebration yesterday, a day early - done with a picnic in the park! Such a great initiative! A whole bunch of SwedishLadies-ladies and little tots gathered to have a morning 'fika' in the Heritage Park at the Corniche.
Weather was absolutely perfect, company was great - and the semla was home made and delicious! Yum!
