On Saturday night we are going to the residence of the Swedish ambassador, to take part in a Lucia celebration. About 160 Swedes have signed up, so it's going to be really fun!
The students at Swedish School are going to perform a traditional "luciatåg" and yesterday afternoon on our last session for this term, we also had our last practice. We had a last run through of all the songs, all the verses, the trumpet solo and we practiced how to walk s-l-o-w-l-y, light the candles and above all - how to stand still... which proved to be the hardest part!
We are all very excited for Saturday! Mostly the little Lucia!
