Enjoying Gräsö

These days at Gräsö really were perfect. Of course the weather played a great role, it was so warm the kids didn't need to take any breaks from swimming, they just never got cold. All the kids got to try the kayak and the canoe, but mostly they enjoyed just jumping off the jetty over and over again; always having someone to play with.

Breakfast time, a little bit like feeding time at the zoo..! And Linda trying to get some reception..!

Poor Bull, he wanted to come along too I think!

We spotted a white-tailed eagle! This is the largest raptor in Sweden, it's wingspan can measure up to 240 cm.

Anna (and Bull) took care of the BBQ. Please note the bucket of water, Anna was super safety minded! (Because of the wildfires raging in Sweden this summer, there had been a complete and total fire ban all over the country for almost a month. They had just lifted the ban for BBQing in your own garden here.)

Even though we were outnumbered 8 to 3, it was actually really relaxing for us mums as well, we made sure we had plenty of time for wine and chit-chat.

These photos were taken at 4 am in the morning. I couldn't sleep anyway so I went down to the jetty to grab some shots of the sunrise. Breathtakingly beautiful.
